Man on a Mission™
You've built a successful business. Now build the discipline, presence, and faith to match. so your family sees the best version of you, not the leftovers.
The Problem
In your marriage. Your health. Your faith. Your leadership. You know what to do. You just can't stay consistent long enough for it to matter.
Physically present. Mentally gone.
Your family gets what's left after work takes the best.
You start strong. Then stop.
The gym. The Bible. The morning routine. You know what matters, but urgent always wins.
Reacting, not leading.
A constant low-grade pressure to hold everything together. You're managing life, not leading it.
Successful, but unanchored.
You've built the business. But discipline in the rest of your life? That's a different story.
Your Guide
I'm working with a small group of Christian entrepreneurial men to implement the Mission 5 Framework™, step by step.
In 12 months, I'll help you build the consistent leader — then build the business. Phase 1 installs the Mission 5 Framework™: the system that makes discipline automatic across every area of your life. Phase 2 is The Ascent: a personalized business track that takes you from where you are to time wealth and lifestyle freedom.
The Transformation
A steadfast, consistent, clear-headed leader. Present at home. Grounded in faith. Disciplined in every area — with a business that serves your life instead of stealing from it.
By the end of 12 months, you'll have unbreakable discipline, a morning routine you actually stick to, a family that sees you as present, and a business generating more revenue in fewer hours.
Fully present. Engaged. Leading your family with love and integrity. They get your best, not your leftovers.
Dominating your workouts, stewarding your health, and building the habits that matter most. Systems, not willpower.
No more mental fog. Decisive in every area. Confident. Aligned with your God-given purpose.
Phase 1
Weeks 1–6
Before you can build a mission, you have to build the consistent leader. Phase 1 installs the Mission 5 Framework™ — the five-layer system that makes discipline automatic across every area of your life.
Uncover what you've really been chasing. Approval. Power. Control. Comfort. Shift from seeking these in the world to finding them in Christ. Discipline that lasts requires knowing who you are and whose you are.
Define the story you want to live and the legacy you want to leave. When you know what matters at the end of your life, you gain clarity for how to live today.
Map out your 10-Year Vision, 5-Year Projects, and 1-Year Priorities across all five areas of life. Stop guessing. Start acting with purpose and precision.
You don't rise to the level of your goals — you fall to the level of your systems. Design the daily and weekly rhythms that make consistency automatic.
Phase 2 — The Entrepreneur's Journey
Weeks 7–52
Once the foundation is set, you enter the track that matches your current business stage. Every man's ascent is different. Your track is designed around where you are and where God is calling you to go.
Your benchmark: Effective Hourly Rate (EHR). Revenue divided by hours worked. As you ascend, EHR rises. Your calendar goes from chaotic to streamlined. Your team moves from out of sync to on mission. Your work goes from draining to energizing.
Lots of time, little money
EHR: $0–30/hr
You're doing everything yourself. Revenue is inconsistent. The business needs you for every decision. The vision is alive — but so is the grind.
Lots of time, more money
EHR: $70/hr
Revenue is picking up but so are your hours. You're starting to think about hiring. Busy is good — but you're still the engine.
Less time, more money
EHR: $200/hr
The inflection point. Systems are working. Revenue grows without you adding hours. This is where the GAP starts to close — freedom is in sight.
Little time, more money
EHR: $750/hr
Your team runs the machine. You're working on the business, not in it. Income is predictable, compounding, and no longer tied to your hours.
Little time, exponential money
EHR: $750+/hr
Complete time wealth. Income flows with or without your presence. You work by choice — not necessity. This is the mission fulfilled.
The Mission Behind the Money
Not to lay on a beach. When revenue goes up and hours go down, something shifts in you. The mental fog lifts. You stop feeling like a prisoner to your own business. You wake up with purpose instead of pressure. You're present with your family, not just physically there. You live with intention — not just hustle and crash.
And then, from that place of freedom, you get to steward well. Give generously. Serve your community. Be fully obedient with what God has entrusted to you. That's the real destination — lifestyle wealth that doesn't cost you your soul to build.
Creating Separation Between Time Invested and Money Earned
More money, less time. True lifestyle freedom. Not to lay on a beach, but to steward well and be on mission all the days of your life.

Real Results · Round 1
Every testimonial below is from a real participant in Round 1 of Man on a Mission. only 2 weeks into the program.
"The biggest shift I've seen in myself is taking responsibility and ownership. If I'm not showing up as a calm father and a loving husband, that's on me. The external circumstances don't dictate how I get to show up. In the past, it was very much a victim mentality."
, Man on a Mission Participant, Round 1
"My wife has definitely seen a shift with this program. We recently did a four-day marriage intensive, and this program really paired well with that. She's definitely seen a huge shift through this time with Man on a Mission."
"I had lunch with my wife today, and what a blessing of a time. Last night, I went ice skating with my eight-year-old daughter. The best part was time with her, and she absolutely loved it."
"I've been involving my wife in a lot of it. When I showed her the first draft of my eulogy, she challenged me to rewrite it in a more concrete way. Now when I read it, it gets me excited."
"I've been the guy my whole life that buys books and never reads them. I'm now waking up earlier about four times a week. as opposed to zero before. to crack my book open, have my coffee, read, and then pray."
"My biggest win has been a consistent routine in the morning. Doing the Bible study every morning has been pretty consistent. You get your mind right in the morning, and that carries throughout the day."
"This week was the first week that I kind of started to get it. I created a 'perfect week' calendar, and it really started helping me schedule things and prioritize. That alone has revolutionized how I plan my week."
"Having a clear mindset has made a difference in how I show up in business. I had an employee resign, and it wasn't a major deal. I viewed it as a positive for us."
"I'm starting to understand that if I work less, it's actually a good thing. When things are done and we're on track to hit our goals, it's okay to work on other stuff. It's almost liberating."
"I was telling my boys throughout the whole process, you guys are learning how to be craftsmen and I'm learning how to be a better leader. I learned how to separate the person from the work and actually start caring about each individual."
"I cannot trust myself; I have to have someone else keeping me honest. My mind plays tricks on myself so bad. I got really excited when I saw that plan for after, for us to keep each other accountable. I really like community."
"I love the Man on a Mission program. It's cool to see a bunch of Christian men who are looking to better themselves. I've always found a lot of value in that team energy where everybody holds each other accountable."
"I didn't have great man mentorship growing up. This whole program has just been so full of it. I'm just excited to keep moving forward and getting to know how to do all this a bit better."

Meet Matt
Matt's story is one of crisis, conviction, and calling.
In 2012, he co-founded a gym in a 400-square-foot garage with nothing but a passion for fitness and an idea. Over the next seven years, he scaled that gym into an almost seven-figure business in a town of 20,000 people. By 2019, everything looked perfect on paper.
But behind the scenes, Matt was burning out.
He was doing too much. He didn't have systems. He wasn't pursuing the Lord first. He was operating from a place of approval—chasing success, chasing achievement, chasing the next milestone. His identity was wrapped up in what he accomplished, not in who he was in Christ.
